End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hafize Korkmaz.

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our TweetSnap software ("Software") directly from Hafize Korkmaz or through an authorized reseller or distributor.

Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using the software. By clicking "accept" or installing the software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind the entity to these terms. Otherwise, do not install or use the software.

License Grant

Hafize Korkmaz grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use TweetSnap on your devices under the terms of this EULA.

You may install it on PCs, laptops, mobiles, or tablets under your control.

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software
• Reproduce or distribute the Software for commercial purposes
• Allow third-party use for others’ benefit
• Use it in violation of any laws
• Use it in ways deemed unacceptable by Hafize Korkmaz

Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated rights remain the property of Hafize Korkmaz. Modifications also belong to Hafize Korkmaz.

Hafize Korkmaz reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.

Termination

This agreement is valid from your first use and remains effective until terminated.

It will terminate immediately upon violation of any terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Software end, and you must stop all usage.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
